Refunds on digital downloads.

Every purchase comes with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request your refund, email hello@aihospitalityguide.com from the email address used for your order, within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Once the refund is given, your licence and access to that order’s files end. Other orders are not affected. We refund the full purchase price to the original card. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show on your statement.

If you buy as a consumer, you may also cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies even if you have accessed or downloaded the files. Our checkout does not capture express consent and acknowledgement to waive that right. Email us from your order address to cancel.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty digital content may entitle you to repair or replacement, or a price reduction if that cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction can be the full price.

The guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
